Just west of Lake Worth Beach in central Palm Beach County, the Village of Palm Springs is a friendly, family-oriented community (no relation to its California namesake). It's a quick trip up I-95 from our Delray Beach office, and our Lehmann Realty team, led by Kurt Lehmann and his 25+ years in South Florida real estate, would be glad to show you around.
Palm Springs was chartered in 1957 on 700 acres of pastureland, and its first section of homes opened in 1958. It has since grown well beyond its original 1.6 square miles, with neighborhoods and shopping along Congress Avenue and Lake Worth Road. The village has its own police department, a redevelopment agency reviving older corridors, and a village campus with a library, water park and playgrounds. As the village puts it, "the children grow up and move next door."
Homes include single-family houses, townhomes, condos and apartments, with village addresses including ZIP code 33461. Thinking about Palm Springs? Reach out to Lehmann Realty. We'd love to help.
